🏙️ Linden Street Makeover — Three long-vacant storefronts are being revitalized on Linden Street, set to bring new retail and restaurant spaces to Old Town by early 2026.
🏠 Food Co-op Expands — The Fort Collins Food Co-op purchases the former Beavers Market building on West Mountain Avenue for $2.1 million, with plans for a larger store and deli.
🥞 Doug’s Diner Reopening — After legal disputes and brief closures, the Fort Collins and Greeley Doug’s Diner locations are reopening under the original ownership.
🏓 Pickleball + Retail Openings — The Picklr officially opens at Jessup Farm, Gordon Restaurant Market debuts at the former Bed Bath & Beyond site, and The Blue Moose Art Gallery expands into The Elizabeth Hotel.
💧 City Council Highlights — Updates to Capital and Transportation Expansion Fees, Tree Policy revisions, and the approval of the 2026 City Budget totaling $843.3 million. Council also advanced a major amendment to the Montava Metro Districts’ service plan.
