Caleb Andersen hails from the Northeast corner of the state, and has been on the Front Range of Colorado since 2017. He attended Colorado State University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and minoring in real estate. As a Colorado native, Caleb enjoys hiking, fishing on the river, working outdoors, sports of every kind, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Caleb has been in real estate for more than six years: a full time property manager in Fort Collins, real estate investor himself, and Realtor for Soukup Real Estate Services! He has performed and managed remodels and renovations on his own properties, and one of his passions is helping a property reach its fullest potential!
Caleb’s diverse range of real estate experience makes him well equipped to service clients ranging from investors to first time home buyers. His goal is to help clients make the buying and selling process seamless from start to finish, while going above and beyond leveraging knowledge, local connections, and diligence to ensure clients are satisfied with their real estate experience, while building a relationship that lasts well beyond the transaction.
